Terms of reservation:
(*) On Sunday, a reservation is possible from 5pm to the end for 25€.
For every reservated seat and reservated time span you’ll have to buy a 25,- € Coupon. The reservation time span is lasting 2 hours from Monday to Saturday. For an extended reservation time span of 4 hours, you´ll have to buy a 50,- € Coupon for every reservated seat.
You will find the time spans, in which you can reservate a seat in the form above.
After we have checked your reservation, you will get a written confirmation from us. When we have received your payment, we will send you the invoice and your coupons. Now your reservation is obligatory. Postage for mailings in other countries than germany is at the expense of the purchaser. Please notice, that your payment has to be received from us 3 weeks at the latest after our reservation confirmation.
Reservations which will not be payed in time will be cancelled. The contra-entry charge is 10,- € for each person a reservation has been made for.
Please take your seats in time and complete. In case of delay there will be no claim to your seat, in spite of having coupons. All seats which are not occupied have to be cleared.
The Coupons are only valid for the time span printed on it. We can not refund coupons, which are not realized partially or in whole. You can pay your Coupons by transmittance order or cash. Bank charges, caused by foreign transfer will be at your expense.
After consultation you can collect your coupons personally in our office. Coupons will be dispatched till September, 10. 2010. From Monday, September, 13. 2010 Coupons can only be collected in our tent-office at the Oktoberfest from 9.00am to 4.00pm.
