Reservation Terms Oktoberfest 2026:
Reservations can only be made for 6 persons or more. Our tent have tables for 6, 10 and 12 persons. For every reserved seat you must buy a voucher for eat and drink. The amount of the minimum purchase for each reserved seat depends on the reserved time. The amount of the voucher is required by times as follows:

05:30 pm – end 75.00 € Monday to Sunday
06:00 pm – end 75.00 € Monday to Sunday
06:30 pm – end 75.00 € Monday to Sunday
The voucher is valid in the reserves block of time at the reserved day. Unless we make you an offer, you will receive a confirmation of the available places on a certain date. By making a binding reservation, you agree that your reservation name will be visible on the table on the day of the reservation.
A reservation for this year’s Oktoberfest does not automatically entitle you to a reservation for the following year.
Payment
The invoice amount must be paid within the payment period stated in the invoice, expressly stating the invoice number. The decisive factor for timely payment is the receipt of payment by Heinz Wurst- und Hühnerbraterei Heilmaier OHG with express indication of the invoice number. Once payment has been made, the contract for the reservation becomes binding when the LH Munich grants the marquee concession. If the payment deadline is exceeded or if payment is made without providing the invoice number, the reservation process will be automatically canceled. You will receive the confirmation and invoice by email. After receipt of your payment, we will send you the consume vouchers. For the reservation there is an additional reservation/processing fee of €1.50 per person plus shipping costs. Unfortunately, it is not possible to send consume vouchers abroad. These consume vouchers can be picked up at the main entrance in the festival tent on the day of the reservation. The full invoice amount must be received in Heilmaier OHG’s account without any deductions. All fees associated with the transfer—expressly including any charges levied by the recipient bank—are to be borne by the customer. In the event of an incomplete payment, the outstanding balance remains due and must be paid no later than the time of on-site collection of the reservation documents. Please understand that the VAT for the multi-purpose vouchers will only be shown on the final invoice on the day of the reservation.
Cancellations
Cancellations of reservations must be made in writing and returned to us with all original consume vouchers.
Only complete table reservations can be canceled!
In the event of cancellation, Heinz Wurst- und Hühnerbraterei Heilmaier OHG will reimburse its respective contractual partners for payments and fees already received relating to the corresponding reservation period. Such a refund is only due if the customer has transmitted IBAN and, if applicable, BIC to Heinz Wurst- und Hühnerbraterei Heilmaier OHG. Heinz Wurst- und Hühnerbraterei Heilmaier OHG will contact the customer if necessary for bank details, if possible by email. Shipping costs and bank fees are excluded from refunds.
Reservation Time
Please respect the reservation times exactly. Places are not taken up to 15 minutes after the reservation time specified at the voucher and the reservation confirmation, they could be assigned by other persons. A reservation of the places after 15 minutes is no longer possible. Please understand that we can the reservation no longer entitled to a place or a shift in the reservation. If, on the day of your reservation, you take up your seats with fewer people than booked, we will fill them up with waiting guests.
Resignation of Heinz Wurst- und Hühnerbraterei
If our total operation marquee of the day of the reservation due official orders, safety considerations, force majeure, pandemic reasons or other important reasons not fully or partially can be performed on the occasion of the reservation vouchers purchase will be refunded. Other claims against the party host of the Heinz Wurst- und Hühnerbraterei Heilmaier OHG are excluded in this case.
Vouchers
The consume voucher are valid for the entire period of the respective Oktoberfest for street sales for which they were purchased and until October 31, 2026 (subject to the regulations of the LH Munich) at other Heinz Wurst- und Hühnerbraterei events. If free places are available during the day from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday, unredeemed consume vouchers can also be redeemed in the festival tent (excl. October 3, 2026).
A refund for lost consume vouchers is not possible. The original multi-purpose vouchers (food vouchers) must be presented upon checkout on the day of the reservation.
Multi-purpose vouchers (food vouchers) not presented cannot be considered for payment.
Please understand that the right to the reserved places expires if you completely leave the table or tent. The consume voucher cannot be given as a tip.
If the amount of the consumption is higher than the consume voucher, this can be paid for in cash, credit or debit card. The request to receive an invoice for the additional amount of entertainment must be communicated to the service staff or management on the day of the reservation.
Passing on the reservation
Reservations are only valid for the customer and his guests. A transfer to third parties requires our written consent. The resale and trading of table reservations and vouchers is only allowed on the Facebook page of the Heinz Wurst- und Hühnerbraterei and only at the original cost.
Data protection
We process your address and communication data for reservations in our tent. In addition, we use your data to provide you exclusively with information regarding your reservation.
If you do not want this, we ask you to expressly contradict it. When making a binding reservation, you agree that the desired reservation name will be stated legibly on the reservation sign. Safety regulations
– The security personnel must be obeyed.
– Smoking is prohibited in the entire marquee (including e-cigarettes and cannabis)
– The extinguishing of beer mugs is not permitted; failure to do so will result in expulsion from the tent
– Dancing on the tables is prohibited
– People who are obviously intoxicated may be refused entry, despite having a valid reservation
– Disguises/costumes in the tent are not permitted – entry remains reserved
– We assume no liability for self-inflicted accidents
– If legal regulations are not observed, the guest will be expelled from the tent
– It is forbidden to record images or sound of guests in and around the tent secretly or without their
consent
to produce and publish. The Heinz sausage and chicken roastery Heilmaier OHG is responsible for this
no liability and cannot be prosecuted for violations by third parties.
– It is forbidden to bring drinks, glass objects, weapons and drugs within the meaning of the Narcotics Act
or bring other dangerous objects into the festival tent.
We are entitled to carry items (bags, backpacks, etc.) with us in the exercise of our property rights check.
– Intentional damage to the furnishings, such as benches, tables, etc., must be addressed immediately
